Wi-Fi at Starbucks

Easily the number one request at Starbucks was the desire for complementary wi-fi. To solve for this issue, Starbucks teamed up with AT&T to create a comprehensive solution that would allow access to complimentary wi-fi.

In order to get access, customers were required to create a Starbucks and AT&T account. We created a web-based application that messaged the complexity of this to the customers and made the overall sign up process as simple and effective as possible.

We used a valid, standards based layout using CSS2 and jQuery to progressively enhance the functionality and to elevate the user experience in critical ways.
