That Coffeehouse Sound

Starbucks acquired Sense Method Media's services to build the site architecture, SEO, database design and application logic for their award winning site for Hear Music. This site brings the sound of the coffeehouse to an online audience an allows for customers to interact and search for music in new and engaging ways.

Using AS2 based Adobe Flash, and AMFPHP, this website won the award in 2007 for its implementation of AMFPHP. This allowed marketing and our customers to have a dynamically driven website, based entirely in Flash, which was used extensively as the Entertainment division of this coffee giant took off to great success.
